Alyson Clement, BA., CPT
Alyson, originally from Mt. Pleasant Texas, moved to Dallas where she received her Bachelors
of Arts Degree in Art from the famed Art Institute of Dallas, she then furthered her studies at
the Art Institute of Paris, France. Utilizing her appreciation of Art in the home, Alyson spent
nearly 20 years as an Interior Designer in the Dallas and Houston areas. She worked well with
small custom builders, large developers and individual customers on remodel projects. Alyson had the opportunity to own and operate a retail store after she arrived back in East Texas. Her store, Charley and Bellas, a home and gift boutique, was widely known and her customers came from hundreds of miles away to see the unique items and stunning presentations. Thousands of hours on her feet led her to first try Pilates. The practice of Pilates allowed her to build core strength and flexibility to prepare her for the grueling Christmas seasons in her store. She fell in love with Pilates and practiced it for 13 years. Alyson, her husband and two children moved to Rockwall in 2016. She regularly started attending classes at Milner Pilates Studio and decided to undergo their 450 hour Comprehensive Certification Teacher Training Program. Alyson is now a Certified Pilates Teacher from the Program and has joined the team to bring her knowledge and innovative style to the Milner Pilates.
